Feet Store and Healthy Feet Store are available to open as a
"pseudo-franchise". This is not like a Subway store. You have
ownership in your store and in the entire company!

The
largest cost in opening a store is in the brand development and
product merchandising. Since we are experts at this part, your
opening costs are dramatically less than they would be if you were
on your own.
Here's the cliff notes version:
1.
You provide a portion of the opening capital for the store.
2. We
negotiate and get the best lease possible for your store and you
sign the lease.
3. We
complete the finish out and design of your store to fit the BFS
brand. As you can see from our website, there has been extensive
development of the brand - down to the music in the stores.
4. We
handle the buying and merchandising for you from our central offices
in Fort Worth. You will have access to the system for reorders and
special orders for your customers. And, of course, depending on your
location, we will work with you to provide regional shoes that fit
your market.

5. We
provide all the advertising, signage, cards, bags, the whole
shebang.
6.
Your store will be set up as an LLC and you will be 50% owner. Which
means at the end of the year, you will get 50% of the profits. In
addition, you will be given stock in BFS corp as our relationship
progresses.

8.
There are no franchise fees or other royalties to be paid. So none
of that 20% of your sales fees that many people charge!
9.
You decide the base salary you will pay yourself.
10.
We provide all of the employee training at the start and ongoing.
The technical fit and expertise is an important part of the BFS
brand and we will work with you to build a team that is the most
knowledgeable in the industry.
11.
Yes, we are interested in building stores all over the country.
